India Expositions In 2001 Hyogo Prefecture organized three expositions with photographs I shot after the Quake in Gujarat. The exposition at Kobe Phoenix Plaza was especially very impressive. Many thanks to Fujii-san and Sekido-san. International Open Image September Song returned for its third successive year in 2001 with an Open International Image Competition (IOI). There were 442 entries from 21 Nations, represented in 115 on-line galleries and a showcase exhibition at The Colville Place Gallery London W1. My image 'EYES' was selected and awarded (next). Award - Second Place EYES placed second at the International Open Image of 2001 in London. Quite an honor. KIPS 2001 Participated in the Kyoto International Photo Show Case in November 2001. Philbert Ono of PhotoGuide Japan did a fantastic job there. Thanks a lot, Phil! Site of the Month Award Just off the line, iKjeld.com was selected as Site of the Month by JapanReference.com, one of the best resource sites for Japan.
