David Morrison Pike came to Japan in 1994 to study Butoh, Japanese dance. In 1999, he built his first of two kilns and started wood firing ceramics. “I will be very happy when I can sell enough ceramics to justify the tremendous amount of work I have put into them.” On his blog, David writes about Japanese ceramics, Japanese antiques and life in a small Japanese village. |
