Death Toll in Train Crash Rises to 103

The death toll in the train crash in Amagasaki has reached 103. The bodies of more than 10 passengers are still believed trapped in the train. The number of missing people is unknown. Some news media report as many as 40.

I believe you should ask Japanese Red Cross. Their international branch has employee who speak English. I am sure they are responsible for letting foreign people know the information, though their English site has no comment on it yet.
I actually worked for them to respond request from abroad at the time of Kansai Great Earthquake in1995. So I am sure they should this time, too.
I tried to find the list in English but could not find any at moment. I found phone number you can call, but I do believe these are Japanese only.
Try Japanese Red Cross.
